All parts of the website that present user-supplied content are under the control of the applicable user. Accordingly, the operator or the owner of the website is free of obligation concerning compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as written in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). Any content that is deemed illegal, obscene, harmful, harassing, defamatory or in any respect antithetical to the terms of use and policies of the website, may be removed at the operator’s or owner's sole discretion, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c).

Designated Records Custodian
